National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCT&H) is working on developing various Abu Dhabi luxury hotels and core business districts, which, combined with unmatched Arab hospitality brings an unparalleled service level to the emirate.
By Q4 2016, Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort will offer its guests 24 brand new one-bedroom beachfront chalets in addition to their existing 109-key offering. This strategic move has been made towards catering to the bourgeoning demand for both tourism and business here.
Dhafra Beach Hotel is executing a similar expansion plan, which will result in doubling its guest room offering to 203 keys by 2017. The objective here is to offer both long and short stay options to growing businesses in the region.
Due to open in 2018, this new 184-key hotel will feature rooms and serviced apartments along with a range of exciting food & beverage and entertainment facilities. The hotel will also have extensive meeting spaces catering to the ever-growing meetings, incentives, conferences and events market. From a Michelin starred restaurant, a rooftop bar, private dining rooms, as well as premium pool and spa facilities, this hotel is set to revolutionize people’s perception of luxury. This project has resulted from a 20-year management agreement with National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCT&H) and InterContinental Abu Dhabi Grand Marina.
National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCT&H) has collaborated with the Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) to develop 809,000 square feet plot of land on Saadiyat Island, which lies 500 metres offshore Abu Dhabi City, into a new five-star waterfront resort. A turn –of-the-century Abu Dhabi luxury resort , the property will nestle in an eco-friendly environment framed by natural beach dunes. The resort will feature plush accommodations, high-end amenities and innovative restaurants and bars.
National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCT&H) has acquired a prime land on ADNEC grounds, and is currently in concept development stage for this signature location. Jointly developing a mixed use project on ADNEC grounds, this plan is comprehensive and involves the conceptualization and development of a 5-star hotel, a deluxe hotel apartment building as well as offices and luxury retail spaces. This infrastructural move will culminate into bolstering Abu Dhabi’s efforts in becoming a leading destination in the region for exhibitions and events, with a special focus on Expo 2020.
