NCT&H’s Abu Dhabi Luxury Hotel Projects
As part of the National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels strategic road map to bring a new dimension of classic luxury hotels and style, NCT&H is working on developing various Abu Dhabi luxury hotels, which, combined with our legendary Arab hospitality, brings an unparalleled service level to the region.
The Paris based Hotel Le Bristol, which was voted the world’s best hotel last year, will bring its style to Abu Dhabi in 2014 in the brand’s first foray outside Europe. The ultra-luxury hotel, to be called Le Bristol Abu Dhabi, is the pioneering project set forth by HE Sheikh Hamdam Bin Mubarak Al- Nahyan and key representatives from the Oetker Hotel Collection. The foundations are under construction, the vision is crystallized and the culture dialogue is dynamic. Paris and Abu Dhabi are building strong cultural bonds that will endure for years to come. This Abu Dhabi luxury hotel would be built on the western side of Abu Dhabi Island and will have 250 rooms and suites.
National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels (NCT&H) signed an agreement with Millennium and Copthorne Middle East Holding Ltd, the Abu Dhabi based global hotel and resort operators, to manage and operate its new hotel project in ADNEC, Abu Dhabi.
This Abu Dhabi new hotel is located on one of the city’s major entrances; Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street. The impressive 5-star deluxe hotel will be managed under the luxurious brand "Grand Millennium". The hotel will feature 725 rooms, suites & apartments. Along with 14 state of the art meeting and conference facilities, as well as over 10 international.
Food & Beverage Outlets, with a Grand Ballroom for up to 1000 guests. The expected opening is Q2 2012. This initiative will further boost Abu Dhabi's plan to expand its tourism and business infrastructure with close relationship with ADTA (Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority).
National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels (NCT&H) signed an agreement with the UAE capital’s Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) to develop an 809,000 square feet plot of land on Saadiyat Island, which lies just 500 metres offshore Abu Dhabi City, for a new five-star waterfront resort. The exclusive Abu Dhabi luxury hotel resort, which will be set among natural beach dunes and in an eco-environment on the shores of the Saadiyat Beach district – one of nine in the master plan for the 27 square kilometer island – will feature a low rise hotel with up to 250 rooms and a variety of innovative restaurants and bars.
ALDAR Properties PJSC have announced a joint venture with the National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels (NCT&H) to develop a premium gated resort and residential development on the two islands located off the tip of the InterContinental Hotel on the western coast of Abu Dhabi. This 5-star Abu Dhabi luxury hotel resort comprises of 128 guest rooms, two royal suites, 10 private villas and 20 club suites designed over multiple levels with landscaped terraces. The resort will feature a health and fitness club, a spa, 4 first-class restaurants and its own private Marina for VIP guests and hotel excursions.
